Travel with GIS to Atlanta for our Leadership Adventure, sponsored by the Spencer Education Foundation and the Wholesale and Specialty Insurance Assocation!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 1, 2026.
Space is limited, and will be allocated according to major, with those concentrating in RMI getting first priority for the seats on the trip. You'll be notified if you are selected to go or not.
We will visit two employers (RSUI and AmWins). This trip is completely FREE for paid GIS members. All you are responsible for are snacks and spending money. All other meals and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Your hotel room at the Embassy Suites will be provided for you, as will your transportation on a motorcoach.

Wednesday, April 8:
Depart at 6:00 a.m. from behind the Belk Building on the ECU Campus.
Travel to Atlanta, have dinner
Return to hotel. YOU MUST NOT LEAVE THE HOTEL TONIGHT.
Thursday, April 9:
Visit RSUI in the morning
Lunch and Visit AmWins in the afternoon
Return back to hotel.
Dinner with Mr. & Mrs. Dave Leonard
Free time after dinner
Friday, April 10
Tour the Atlanta Aquarium
Free time
Saturday, April 11
8:00 a.m. bus departure, will return to Greenville at approximately 5 or 6 p.m.
