REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS NOON ON August 17. THIS DEADLINE WILL NOT BE EXTENDED.
You agree to attend our resume clinic, which will be held on Monday, August 24 at 5:00 p.m. (room to be announced.) A failure to attend the clinic will result in cancelation of your registration for the conference (and you will owe us the cancelation fee described below.)
Join us October 1-2 for a fantastic conference of GIS chapters from around the world. We'll be in Charlotte, NC. Your room, conference registration, bus transportation, and meals will all be paid for by ECU. You will be responsible for snacks and between meal beverages.

DO NOT upload a photo of the travel agreement! Upload a scan in .pdf format. NO PHOTOS! The Student Technology Center (STC) on the 3rd floor of Bate will help you with this if you do not have a scanner.
General Travel Agenda:
October 1 we will depart from Greenville to Charlotte on a motorcoach (bus.) We will get back sometime early evening on October 2. More details will be sent out closer to our travel dates.
Selection Process
We are limited on how many students we can take. The faculty will select students to travel based on:
- Class standing
- How many RMI classes you have taken
- Whether or not you have declared your concentration as RMI
- Past activity with our GIS Chapter
- Past conduct and reliability
- Internship in the property-casualty insurance industry
Cancelation Policy
Once we register you for the conference, if you cancel for any reason you will owe us $350. This covers your forfeited conference registration fee and your half of the hotel room.
